Yes! Our pre-set packages (Pearl Starter, Royal Signature, Imperial Grand) are designed as convenient baselines. You can add or subtract ushers, increase small chops portions, include a customized cake, or adjust chilling capacity to match your guest count and budget exactly.

To lock in your date on our master event calendar, we require an initial commitment deposit. The balance is settled prior to or on the event morning as agreed in your booking contract. We provide official invoices and payment receipts for every transaction.

Our ushers and hostesses are vetted, etiquette-trained, and immaculately groomed. We provide elegant matching outfits tailored to harmonize with your official event color palette (traditional or contemporary corporate attire) with high standards of customer courtesy.

Our hostesses manage guest arrival welcoming, orderly seating guidance according to VIP and family zones, distribution of program brochures and souvenirs, dignitary high-table food/drink coordination, and assistance with bridal train entrances.
